Garden Ready
Consisting of soil, silt, sand, clay, and natural compost. This is a custom-made blend that is nutrient rich and perfect for starting new growth and beginner gardens. $50 per cubic yard.
Turf Soil
Consisting of soil, silt, sand, clay, and natural compost. This is a dense and heavy blend made specifically made for new sod/grass seedlings and top-dressing existing lawns. $50 per cubic yard.
Topsoil
Screened topsoil that’s great for all purpose needs, such as leveling uneven surfaces, topping off garden beds (best when mixed with compost/mulch), and enriching gardens. $29 per cubic yard. Weighs 900 lbs. per cubic yard.
Mortar Sand
Yellow sand. Weighs 2,800 lbs. when dry, and 3,200 lbs when wet. $49 per cubic yard.
